The agent's role and the challenges faced in modern football, individual branding, and image management. Team building and individual management of football players, the role of the sports psychologist, early identification and preventive tasks, how to deal with changes in individual emotions, and basic team management. Positive and negative leadership examples and problem solving in teams.
