Full course description

Depression affects many people—often quietly—and can influence how we feel, think, and relate to others. This webinar invites participants to take a mindful and compassionate look at depression, exploring its emotional, physical, and cognitive dimensions in a way that fosters understanding rather than judgment.

Join us for this thoughtful interactive workshop where we'll learn to distinguish unhappiness from depression, reframe depression as a signal guiding us toward compassionate self-awareness, and use a mindful, and curious lens to explore the many layers of the human experience.

Through curiosity, guided reflection, practical mindfulness, and self-compassion strategies, we’ll explore ways to support our own well-being and create a more caring, connected workplace.

This workshop will be facilitated by an Office of Employee Assistance (OEA) professional.
