This Post secondary Education Readiness Test (PERT) exam is proprietary in nature. Any attempt to take this PERT exam or any part thereof without prior approval from an authorized FIU office and official registration through the Center for Testing and Career Certification may result in you being dropped from the course, your score(s) invalidated and possible financial charges.

The Postsecondary Education Readiness Test (PERT) that you are about to take is a customized common placement test. The purpose of you taking the test is to accurately determine course placement based on your skills and abilities, necessary for success in entry-level college credit coursework. This test will include Reading and Writing.
