Nature at Work: Reset, Refocus, Restore is an interactive, research-based workshop exploring how natural elements — light, greenery, movement, and outdoor exposure — support stress recovery, improve mood, and focus.
Participants will:
- Experience brief, workday-friendly reset practices
- Learn the science behind attention restoration
- Identify small, realistic ways to align their workspace with how the brain functions best.
This session isn’t about escaping work; it’s about designing work that works with us.🌿
This workshop will be facilitated by an Office of Employee Assistance (OEA) professional.
