This course explores the methods and mechanics of imparting information to adult learners emphasizing techniques which have wide application in teaching situations, as well as devices for specific training areas. The methodologies used in curriculum design, the learning process, assessment, and evaluation will  be addressed along with topics such as how to measure teaching effectiveness, the scheduling of training courses to enhance a municipalities training division and the supervision/coordination of the activities of other instructors.
