Dual Enrollment Orientation

The Dual Enrollment Program Orientation at Florida International University is designed to prepare Dual Enrollment (DE) students who are taking FIU courses for the first time for a successful transition into college-level academics. This orientation introduces intended audiences—new DE students—to university expectations, academic policies, campus resources, and student responsibilities. Participants will gain essential information about course registration, communication with professors, time management, and academic integrity, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence needed to thrive as dual enrollment students while balancing high school and college coursework.
