Full course description
The holiday season can bring meaningful moments while also filling our calendars, stretching our energy, and making it harder to balance competing demands with our own needs and priorities. Healthy boundaries are an important form of self-care that can help protect our well-being while allowing us to stay connected to what matters most.
In this workshop, participants will explore the psychology of boundaries, recognize communication patterns that support or undermine them, and learn practical strategies for setting and maintaining clear limits. Participants will also gain tools for navigating discomfort, resistance, and difficult emotions that can arise when establishing boundaries. Join us and give yourself the gift of healthier boundaries this holiday season!
This workshop will be facilitated by an Office of Employee Assistance (OEA) professional.
