This course is available for FIU employees from all departments and work functions for professional development. Office of Admissions would like employees to learn admissions basics to more effectively communicate protocol. We would like to streamline information so it remains consistent across all departments. As ambassadors for FIU, we should all display service excellence with all constituents including prospective students, parents, and community members/organizations. Why learning this information is vital in every role and how it benefits and aligns with FIU’s strategic plan.
