The Performance Excellence Process (PEP) is more than an annual performance evaluation. It is an opportunity to reflect on your accomplishments, document your impact, have meaningful conversations with your supervisor, and plan for your continued growth at FIU.
This on-demand course will help you understand each stage of the Performance Excellence Process and provide practical tools for completing a strong Self Evaluation, setting meaningful goals, and using the PEP to support your career development.
By viewing the presentation recording and completing the assessment, you will learn how to:
