Full course description
It is in our human nature to be in the pursuit of happiness and in the quest to find our purpose in life. Living with intention entails following the compass of our unique lives, which creates a pathway to joy, fulfillment, and well-being. A variety of factors can be barriers to our journey to purposeful living, including fear of uncertainty and failure, low self-knowledge and awareness, distractions, and lack of clarity. Life Crafting: Action Steps to Create a Life with Purpose and Meaning will provide participants with valuable perspectives and holistic strategies to design a life in alignment with their values, skills, and passions. This workshop will be facilitated by an Office of Employee Assistance (OEA) professional.
