Grow@FIU: Own Your Career is designed for full-time employees who want to take a more active role in their professional growth and career development. Participants will gain practical strategies to increase self-awareness, communicate their value, build meaningful professional connections, and explore opportunities for growth within FIU. By the end of the program, employees will be better prepared to navigate their career journey, leverage their strengths, and pursue professional growth with greater confidence and purpose.
