Full course description
FIU’s Change Management Certificate Program is designed with business leaders in mind with a practical approach using multiple learning activities including lectures, videos, and additional readings, to help leaders lead the change journey from within the organization. Managers will learn how to envision the future, develop the strategies to achieve that vision, remove obstacles, empower others to act on the vision, and institutionalize the new approaches to embrace innovation and deliver results.
