This training program targets key managerial competencies, knowledge, and skills essential to the successful and inclusive management of employees and interns with developmental disabilities. 

The Ready to Lead training program aims to: 

• Empower supervisors to lead,
• Increase organizational readiness, and
• Enhance the workplace experience of both supervisors and employees.
