This course introduces essential Query Manager functionalities available in PantherSoft Financials, Human Resources, and Campus Solutions that provide the ability to create or modify queries.
Query Manager provides an intuitive way to create simple queries by selecting specific records (aka tables) and fields. You will learn how to customize query outputs that retrieve information based on criteria requirements such as equal to, greater than, in list, between, and like. These outputs that can be viewed online or exported to Excel.
You will also learn how to add a runtime prompt. These give you the ability to enter specific values for a designated field. The values are used as criteria for retrieving the information for your report.
Upon successful completion of the course and a passing quiz score of 80% or higher, you may request access to Query Manager in PantherSoft Financials.
