Procurement Contract Management Training

This self-paced training is designed to equip TCM Contract Managers with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage contracts for the purchase of goods and services. Participants will learn how to navigate the full contract lifecycle using TCM—from identifying procurement needs and developing a Scope of Work (SOW), to executing contracts, monitoring compliance, and handling amendments, renewals, or expirations.
