Full course description
This self-paced course is intended for FIU employees applying for a Dual Use profile, as well as Approvers and Reconcilers who support FIU’s Departmental Credit Card program. The course is required as part of the application process for Dual Use Cardholders and provides an overview of program roles and responsibilities, the application process, allowable and restricted purchases, credit card controls, fraud awareness, and reconciliation expectations related to the Dual Use profile.
