The Employee Code of Conduct acknowledgement seeks to achieve the following objectives:
Serve as our institution’s guiding document of principles and standards taken from key existing University policies that represent the University’s dedication to responsible and ethical practices and conduct. The Code provides information about where to find answers to questions about responsible and ethical practices and conduct and is a valuable resource designed to support ethical decision-making and reinforce FIU’s core values of truth, freedom, respect, responsibility and excellence.
