The Office of Auxiliary and Enterprise Development (AED) is proud to present the Brown Bag Lunch and Learn initiative. This is a casual conversation between you and the members of AED Team to talk about questions that you may have about budgets, auxiliaries, new ventures, and other topics related to Auxiliaries and Enterprise matters. This is also an opportunity to receive tips from other members of our community regarding our daily activities.
We will be covering topics including the difference between fund balance deficits and budget deficits, what budget exceptions are and how to address them, how to fill out a budget authority amendment form (BAA), how to request a new auxiliary activity number, among other topics.
These sessions are completely virtual and are available to anyone interested.
In this session, you will explore unconventional ways to use the DT Report, which will help you do a better financial analysis, make it easier for you to review your historical data, and provide you with important information for planning purposes.
