Preparing Tomorrow’s Leaders
As you prepare to enter the workforce, sharpening your leadership skills is critical to your future success. This program will help FIU students – like you – gain a fundamental understanding of leadership in the context of change and uncertainty. You will understand that leadership can be developed in an individual and in a personalized way by removing the common supposition that being a leader means being a certain type of person'. This program pays special attention to navigating through various forms of change, trends, resilience, healthy work cultures, identifying strengths, and managing conflict.
