Preparing Tomorrow’s Leaders
As you prepare to enter the workforce, sharpening your leadership skills is critical to your future success. This program will help FIU students – like you – gain a fundamental understanding of leadership in the context of change and uncertainty. You will understand that leadership can be developed in an individual and in a personalized way by removing the common supposition that being a leader means being a certain type of person'. This program pays special attention to navigating through various forms of change, trends, resilience, healthy work cultures, identifying strengths, and managing conflict.
Who should participate?
The Leadership Agility Micro-Credential is open to all undergraduate FIU students with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and 60 credit hours completed.

- Identifying and working from your strengths
- Generating and forming new habits
- Implementing personal change
